Not a fan of Rep. Chuck Fleischmann or the other side of this lawsuit, I have been watching this lawsuit since it was first filed. This past November the TN Republican Party settled with the other side of the lawsuit. Not sure why they did, but they did.
Now, the suit gets dismissed. Interesting all the same.
