Yesterday, was Congressman Duncan’s birthday. A birthday party was held at Howard and Kenny Phillips place over behind the WalMart on Clinton Highway. Oh yeah, this news story happened in the neighborhood of the Congressman’s party.

Within the next few days, a letter will be hitting the mailboxes of Republican Executive Committee members from nearly all Former Knox County Republican Party Chairmen advocating for Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr. as our Republican nominee for the Second District Congressional Position.
